2007 ICD-9-CM Diagnosis 201.9
Hodgkin's disease unspecified type On October 1, 2008 the 2009 ICD-9-CM codes came into effect. Therefore, this code may be out of date.

There are two distinct subtypes: nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma and classical Hodgkin's lymphoma. Hodgkin's lymphoma has a bimodal age distribution, and involves primarily lymph nodes. Current therapy for Hodgkin's lymphoma has resulted in an excellent outcome and cure for the majority of patients. -- 2003
